Market Development Analyst

Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop reference materials and evidence of technical progress.
- Authoring thought-leadership documents and reviewing external communications for technical accuracy.
- Conducting market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Analysing historical data and current trends to inform scenario planning and forecasting.
- Supporting marketing analytics, including campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.
- Coordinating with product and market development teams to align analytical outputs with business objectives.
- Synthesising complex data into concise, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge-sharing resources within the analytics function.
What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you'll bring a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative energy. Key requirements include:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in analytical or strategic roles.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (e.g. Python, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to process and analyse marketing data.
- Strong understanding of analytical methodologies and best practices.
- Exposure to complex engineering or infrastructure sectors (preferred but not essential).
