My client is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Events Executive to support the delivery of marketing campaigns and events across the business. This is a key role focused on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth.You will work closely with internal teams to execute campaigns, manage events across EMEA and the US, and oversee CRM activity.Marketing & Campaign Delivery

  • Develop and deliver multichannel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and events
  • Support product launches by coordinating campaign content, messaging, and timelines
  • Manage and optimise day-to-day marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing content
  • Maintain and update website content using WordPress
  • Track and report on campaign performance using HubSpot
  • Organise and manage marketing assets and campaign documentation

Event Management & Coordination

  • Create and manage an events calendar
  • Identify relevant industry events and opportunities
  • Plan and deliver events across the UK, US, and EMEA
  • Manage event logistics, suppliers, and budgets
  • Work closely with sales teams to align events with business goals
  • Report on event performance including lead generation and engagement

CRM & HubSpot Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for HubSpot
  • Create and manage emails, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Maintain CRM data quality and reporting
  • Support onboarding and training for internal users

What you'll need to succeed

  • Two years previous experience in a marketing and/or events role
  • Experience in a technology, software, or SaaS environment is beneficial
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and creative mindset
