We're pleased to be exclusively recruiting this role for them as one of their longest service members of staff has retired.Your new role The Office Manager/Coordinator will be the central organiser for the group. As such, you will be supporting the marketing, accounts, HR and legal teams, handling operational, client services and administrative duties. Duties include but not limited to:
- Insurance administration
- Liaise with people across the firm, from accountants through to external IT & HR providers.
- Professional accreditation coordination and administration.
- 1st point of contact for IT queries and issues.
- File management and maintenance.
- HR management/administration.
- Supporting with PR and marketing.
- Accounts and credit control administration
What you'll need to succeed Our ideal candidate will have
- Professional admin experience including handling documents, scheduling, and supporting senior leadership.
- Experience managing files & legal documents; organising, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
- Client-facing experience.
- Confidence when working at pace.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams.
- Document preparation skills, drafting correspondence, formatting legal documents, and preparing bundles or reports.
- IT proficiency, especially with case management systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Brilliant attention to detail.

- Working hours - Monday to Friday 9-5
- 100% Ipswich office-based
- Salary around £30000 - £35000
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
