Performance Analyst

Your new role We're looking for a skilled Performance Analyst to help shape the future of the NHS App. In this role, you'll empower product teams with data-driven insight, enabling smarter decisions that directly improve digital healthcare services used by millions.What you'll be doingAs a key member of the analytics team, you'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to turn data into meaningful action.You willDevelop and maintain insightful dashboards using Power BI and Adobe AnalyticsPartner with product teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into clear KPIsDeliver ad hoc analysis to support continuous product improvementBuild and apply measurement frameworks to strengthen analytics capabilityDesign dashboards with consistent metrics and time-based comparisonsEnsure data quality, governance, and alignment across multiple sourcesWork closely with analytics and data engineering teams to continuously enhance reporting and insights What you'll need to succeed Strong experience with Power BI (or similar) for advanced data visualisation (2+ years)Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks (or equivalent)Proficiency in Python and SQLExperience optimising large-scale queries and managing clustersCore strengthsA proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreamsExcellent stakeholder management skills - translating business needs into effective analytics solutionsExperience working in cross-functional teams (Agile and/or Waterfall)Understanding of the software development lifecycleNice to haveExperience with Adobe Analytics or web analytics toolsExposure to NHS Federated Data Platform or Palantir FoundryKnowledge of data lakes or advanced relational databasesInvolvement in Generative AI projectsBackground in healthcare or digital products What you'll get in return c£470 per day (inside IR35)What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
