Process Design Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst - Strategic App Retirement ProgrammeLocation:We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a strategic programme focused on application retirement in a complex, semi-regulated financial environment. This initiative supports clients as they recalibrate their wealth platforms, with a strong emphasis on financial planning and compliance.

Hybrid working: 1 day a week in a London-based office Rate: up to £475pd inside ir35 via umbrella Duration: Initial 3 months What You'll Be Doing & What We're Looking For:

• In this role, you'll lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, working closely with senior stakeholders just below C-level to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements. You'll support business design across a legacy application landscape, helping shape strategic solutions that align with both business goals and regulatory expectations.
• We're looking for someone with a Finance or Propositions background-ideally with exposure to financial planning or FCA-regulated environments. You'll need strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex relationships with clarity and confidence.
• You'll be expected to use deterministic modelling tools and structured analysis to inform programme direction, collaborating with tools analysts and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable models and requirements. A strategic mindset is key-balancing high-level thinking with detailed execution.
