Product and Change Manager

Product & Change Manager Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)Contract: In-scope IR35 (via Hays PAYE or Hays-approved umbrella)Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week A major transformation programme is underway, and we're looking for an experienced Product & Change Manager to lead high-impact, product-led change across day-of-operations functions. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoys working closely with product, data and technology teams to solve business-critical challenges.Our client is expanding their team and seeking someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to a wide range of operational and digital initiatives.The Must-Haves Candidates must have McKinsey or Aviation experience. This is essential for the role.What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and driving product-led change initiatives across business units
  • Improving operational planning and execution to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Influencing senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and structured thinking
  • Working closely with data science and technology teams to shape and deliver the product roadmap
  • Bringing structure and pace to ambiguous, fast-moving problems
  • Owning programme delivery, KPIs and SLAs to ensure meaningful impact

What You'll Bring

  • Background in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, QuantumBlack, BCG X) or proven aviation industry experience
  • Experience delivering digital, AI or product-led change
  • Strong operational improvement, transformation or process design expertise
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate with clarity
  • Confidence driving initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Experience as a Project Leader, Engagement Manager or equivalent
  • Proven track record delivering complex programmes
