Project Administrator

Your new company Hays are recruiting for a Project Administrator based in Salford Quays, Manchester. This role is initially for 3 months (possibility of extension). Your new role Due to a CRM Project, this business requires additional support. You will assist with full project administration, you will pipeline and record bids, review proposals, ensure company processes are adhered to. You will process new client checks, liaise with third parties for proposals and projects. You will liaise for certifications. Maintain and update company information, supplier registrations, customer and client satisfaction surveys, conflict of interest checks, reporting and maintain spreadsheets and any other duties required via the projects team. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience within project administration and bids, you will have excellent attention to detail, and you will be comfortable with various IT systems, including Excel. Experience with Dynamics would be advantageous. You will be organised, and you will have excellent communication skills. You will be available for a minimum of 3 months.
