Project Data Lead - VMS

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Project Data Lead to support a critical VMS implementation programme. This role will play a key part in migrating, structuring, and building reporting capabilities within a new Vendor Management System.

Hybrid: 3 days in London-based office Duration: until 31/12/2026 Rate: up to £700pd inside via umbrella Key Responsibilities

• Lead data workstreams as part of a VMS implementation project
• Extract, cleanse, and migrate data from a legacy VMS into a new platform
• Define and support data requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Design, build, and enhance reporting functionality within the new VMS
• Work closely with VMS vendors and stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions
• Support early project phases focused on data collection and activity planning
• Contribute to a small amount of BAU activity alongside project delivery

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Reporting Lead / Specialist within VMS projects
• Strong hands-on expertise in data extraction, migration, and reporting
• Good understanding of data structures, requirements, and governance
• Experience with Fieldglass (FG) and/or Beeline (highly desirable)
• Ability to engage with external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
