Project Manager - AI Delivery Use Cases

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI and automation initiatives within a leading Financial Services organisation. This is an opportunity to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and maximise the value of existing enterprise technologies through the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders, you will take ownership of projects from initial discovery through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.Location: Hybrid Working (3 days per week in the office)Contract Length: Until 31st December 2026 Rate: £700 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects across the organisation.
• Drive process improvement initiatives using AI and emerging technologies.
• Partner with engineering leads and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate delivery across business and technology teams.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and operational efficiencies.
• Support adoption, change management and business readiness activities.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI and automation programmes from inception through to implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI development life cycles, governance and deployment methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
• Demonstrable end-to-end project delivery experience within complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams, architects and technical leads.
• Track record of delivering technology-led change with tangible business benefits.
• Financial Services experience is essential.
