Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the full lifecycle of a new CRM system - from requirements and procurement to testing, training, and go-live
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party suppliers
  • Facilitate workshops, map processes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor project scope, risks, spend, and progress - reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Champion digital excellence and promote best practice in CRM usage and data governance
  • Support adoption, training, and handover across the organisation
  • Drive process optimisation and a customer-focused culture
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or digital transformation projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to lead teams and influence change across technical and non-technical groups
  • Experience with CRM, workflow, or case management systems (desirable)
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and a passion for smarter ways of working
Role Details
  • Location: Bedford Square Headquarters, Belfast (Hybrid Working)
  • Salary: £47,304 - £49,515 per annum
  • Closing Date: 12 noon, Friday 7th November 2025
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent (subject to 9-month probation)
