- Deliver the full lifecycle of a new CRM system - from requirements and procurement to testing, training, and go-live
 - Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party suppliers
 - Facilitate workshops, map processes, and drive continuous improvement
 - Monitor project scope, risks, spend, and progress - reporting to senior stakeholders
 - Champion digital excellence and promote best practice in CRM usage and data governance
 - Support adoption, training, and handover across the organisation

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or digital transformation projects
 - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 - Ability to lead teams and influence change across technical and non-technical groups
 - Experience with CRM, workflow, or case management systems (desirable)
 - A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and a passion for smarter ways of working
 
- Location: Bedford Square Headquarters, Belfast (Hybrid Working)
 - Salary: £47,304 - £49,515 per annum
 - Closing Date: 12 noon, Friday 7th November 2025
 - Contract: Full-time, Permanent (subject to 9-month probation)
