Project Manager

A leading IT organisation is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the HR separation workstream within a major transformation programme. This role will ensure successful delivery of system transitions, data migration, and process redesign, while maintaining compliance and employee experience standards.Job Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Initial 6 months
• Rate: £500-£550pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
• Location: London
• Hybrid: 1 day in the office

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing HR transformations or separation projects in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors) and payroll platforms.
• Expertise in data migration, ensuring accurate transfer of employee records, contracts, and benefits data.
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance during system and process transitions.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and vendor management across HR, legal, and external service providers.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP; Agile experience desirable.
