Reward Analyst
A leading technology organisation is looking for a Reward analyst to join its People function in Central London. As part of a large global network, this organisation offers clear career progression, excellent learning and development, and exposure to a wide range of reward and benefits projects.
You'll play a key role in supporting the design, implementation and ongoing management of reward programmes that attract, motivate and retain employees. The role will involve supporting compensation and benefits activity, analysing reward data, contributing to pay review cycles and benchmarking, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the reward strategy aligns with business objectives.
We're looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience in reward who is numerate, detail-oriented and confident working across compensation and benefits. You'll bring strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills and the ability to build effective relationships across HR and the wider business. Experience managing benefits administration, working with vendors, and supporting reward governance is important.
