SAP FICO Senior Consultant - S/4HANA, ECC, Finance

Up to £690 (Outside IR35)

London / Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with deep S/4HANA expertise to lead our migration from ECC to S/4HANA. This role combines technical leadership with strategic insight, guiding IT and Finance teams through a transformative journey that optimizes processes and delivers measurable business value.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as SAP FICO Senior Consultant
• Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Finance best practices and architecture
• Proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, including hands-on involvement in design and implementation.
• Practical expertise in finance modules, including features such as Parallel Ledger.
• Experience in migration from Classic GL to New GL.
• Strong understanding of data migration processes and financial transformation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across IT and Finance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Data migration background
• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations.
• SAP or S/4HANA certification
