Your focus will be on driving strategy, managing performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Lead sales strategy, pipeline, and performance tracking, including monthly revenue and EBITA reviews
• Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance
• Collaborate across global teams to align product, operations, customer service, and R&D.
• Drive harmonisation of processes and adoption of new services and products
• Oversee direct reports and support HR processes like salary reviews
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and execute the business unit's sales strategy
• Manage sales forecasting and pipeline through CRM tools
