Job Title: Scrum Master (Contract)Rate: £650 per dayDuration: 6 weeksLocation: Remote (with occasional travel to site as required)About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile delivery within a dynamic project environment. This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to the client site when necessary. You will be instrumental in implementing Kanban frameworks tailored to project-specific schemes, ensuring clear tracking of progress and effective management of dependencies and priorities.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage Kanban boards with tailored schemes designed to track progress through to conclusion, ensuring dependency and priority schemes are agreed upon and adhered to.Utilise tooling to reconcile schemes effectively, promoting transparency and efficiency from the outset.Drive the development of a centralised knowledge base to capture key learnings and insights, reducing reliance on individual SMEs and process experts.Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement within the team.Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally with strong expertise in Kanban methodology.
• Skilled in developing and managing tracking schemes that align with project dependencies and priorities.
• Experience working with agile tooling for scheme reconciliation and progress tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel to the site as needed.
