Scrum Master

Scrum Master - Active SC, Agile, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD

Up to £530 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Primarily Remote

I am currently working with a high end consultancy who seek a certified Scrum Master to join a business-critical programme with an instantly recognisable end client.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, leading and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Active Security Clearance (SC)
• Ability to help product owners and development teams to deliver their objectives
• Reporting on Sprint progress and capability to manage senior stakeholder expectations
• Experience in resolving conflicts and issues, determining and managing risks
• Ability to work with a variety of Agile facilitation frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LESS, SAFe)
• Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence and how metrics can be developed and used to improve processes and efficiencies of the team
• Experience of working within a team with CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible approach towards hybrid working for occasionally required in-person meetings

Nice to have:

• Immediate availability
• Qualification (PRINCE 2 / SCRUM)
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methods such as XP, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Experience of coaching teams in how to become Agile through recognised practices and frameworks in Agile and DevOps environments
