Senior Acquisition Manager
Your new company You'll be joining a leading digital marketplace platform that operates across multiple markets in Europe, allowing users to buy & sell a broad range of goods & services. They're looking to achieve high-impact growth across customer acquisition channels.Your new role As the Senior Acquisition Manager, you'll lead high-impact growth across paid, organic, offline & emerging search formats. You'll build & optimise acquisition engines, run rapid experiments, & drive measurable customer & revenue growth in a fast-paced online environment.It's a senior, visible role but requires hands-on capability alongside strategic depth. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing & other leaders in the business.This is a permanent, full-time role with travel to their central London office twice a month.What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record in acquisition, growth or performance marketing for a fast-growth tech company or online startup
- Strong understanding of paid media, LLMs, SEO, experimentation design, & funnel analytics
- Experience building acquisition engines from scratch or scaling channels rapidly.
- A doer mentality - willing to dive into campaigns, dashboards, or experiments directly.
