Senior Business Analyst | Salary £50,000-60,000 | Liverpool - Hybrid working

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst who has experience specifically supporting the Engineering division of the business? This could be your next career move!

As the dedicated Senior Business Analyst for the Engineering function, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Engineering team to understand business needs to translate into technical requirements.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate steering groups
• Create roadmaps and document information accordingly
• Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior leadership.
• Support the implementation/ optimisation of SAP Engineering modules
• Change, release and incident management

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and facilitating strategic discussions.
• Experience with SAP (ideally in Engineering/ Supply Chain modules).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain environments is a plus.
