Senior Developer

Hays Software Engineering are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a Derivatives team within a world-renowned Investment Management business in London.

What you will be doing:

• Drive Innovation: Lead enhancements for Calypso and Broadridge SFCM, shaping their future to better serve front, middle, and back-office users.
• Lead & Mentor: Share expertise, mentor junior developers, and champion best practices in high-performance coding and system design.
• Tackle Complexities: Solve critical technical challenges in a dynamic financial tech environment, ensuring systems remain cutting-edge.
• Maximise Impact: Continuously optimise workflows, boost data accuracy, and elevate performance to align with business needs and drive innovation.

What we are looking for:

• Strong knowledge of Java & Derivatives.
• Advanced knowledge of XML/XSLT.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Financial Services experience is a must.
