It's a culture built on openness, accountability and the confidence to adapt to an evolving regulatory landscape, giving you room to shape meaningful change.Your new role As the Supplier Risk Manager, you'll take ownership of redesigning and enhancing the organisation's supplier risk operating model, ensuring it aligns with evolving expectations across operational resilience, financial services governance and wider regulatory requirements. You'll act as the subject-matter expert for supplier risk, overseeing assurance activity, advising senior stakeholders and leading key initiatives linked to regulatory change across the UK and Europe. Your work will span the full lifecycle of supplier oversight, from policies and frameworks through to governance structures, risk segmentation and the development of processes that stand up to audit scrutiny. You'll also act as a central point of coordination for regulatory engagement, supporting operational resilience programmes, and ensuring third-party risks are consistently understood and managed across the business.What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you'll bring deep experience in supplier or third-party risk management within a regulated environment, ideally financial services. You'll be confident interpreting regulatory expectations, assessing supplier risks, and turning complex requirements into practical frameworks that can be adopted across the organisation. You'll need strong analytical capability and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, particularly when advising on high-risk suppliers or material outsourcing arrangements. Success here calls for someone structured, inquisitive and capable of delivering both day-to-day compliance activity and long-term strategic improvements.
