The business goes into the West London offices three days per week on a hybrid working basis.
Your new role
A newly created Senior Legal Counsel role, reporting to the Legal Director, as part of a team of four legal professionals. In a broad commercial role, you will advise across the business on legal and commercial risk, complex commercial contracts negotiations, data privacy and any other ad hoc matters that may arise. Your role will extend to supporting two of the group's tech platform subsidiaries, both of which offer SaaS and tech solutions to consumers in the care space.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an England & Wales qualified commercial lawyer, with demonstrable in-house experience and for guidance 3+ years' PQE (though the hiring manager will consider applications from applicants with less but highly relevant experience). You will have abundant experience in negotiating broad commercial agreements, including technology contracts, while being able to credibly advise on risk and manage stakeholders at all levels. Exposure to acquisitions would be a bonus. You will be able to work from the West London office three days per week.
