  • The role delivers high-quality assistance across hardware, software, and modern workplace tools via phone, email, in-person support, and remote access.This position is customer-focused, proactive, and central to ensuring a seamless IT experience for all users.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous Helpdesk (telephone support) experience.
  • Experience of using call logging software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 11.
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation).
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
