Service Improvement Consultant

Service Improvement Consultant (Contract) - Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working, Paying between £400 to £425 Per Day, Outside IR35, To Start ASAP Your new role We're looking for an experienced transformation professional to support a discovery driven improvement programme. You'll review and synthesise existing research, stakeholder insight and recommendations, turning complex information into clear, evidence based priorities and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyse existing reports, research and improvement activity
• Identify themes, challenges, opportunities and gaps
• Engage stakeholders to validate findings and gather insights
• Produce clear recommendations, priorities and future transformation options
• Support service analysis, process improvement and discovery activities

What you'll need to succeed

• Business change, transformation, service improvement or discovery experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Public sector experience desirable
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
