• Lead the restructuring and organisation of SharePoint content across the business.
• Improve governance and implement best practices for SharePoint usage.
• Support the development of the internal intranet and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Own and structure information architecture to enhance usability and consistency.
• Develop digital learning packages to boost end-user confidence and awareness.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly shape how teams interact with SharePoint.What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint governance and content management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Articulate or similar e-learning tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
