You'll be part of a team that values professional curiosity, clear communication and the ability to make a meaningful impact across a broad and evolving technology landscape.Your new role As the Senior IT Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering sourcing activity across IT Professional Services, Software, Cloud and SaaS. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to lead sourcing events, manage complex negotiations, and guide key commercial decisions that support major technology initiatives. The role will see you managing strategic suppliers, developing recommendations, preparing deal summaries and supporting the maturity of category plans, while influencing how sourcing is approached across the wider organisation. This position gives you a strong platform to contribute to both day-to-day delivery and longer-term strategic development within a highly visible and commercially focused function.What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in IT procurement or sourcing, with hands-on experience managing commercial activity across software, cloud or technology professional services. You'll be confident leading negotiations, building trusted stakeholder relationships and navigating complex, multi-layered commercial environments. The role requires someone proactive, analytical and comfortable managing several workstreams at once, with the credibility to influence decisions and deliver well-reasoned commercial advice. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team will be essential.
