Systems Developer (Jira, ITSM) | Outside IR35 - £400-500 LIVERPOOL - HYBRID 3 Months We're looking for a skilled Systems Developer to design, build, and enhance business systems with a focus on Jira Service Management and ITSM. You'll work closely with IT, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to improve workflows, automate processes, and ensure our systems run efficiently and securely.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure business systems, workflows, and integrations.
• Build integrations between Jira, ITSM, and other enterprise tools.
• Translate business needs into workflows and processes
• Design and administer Jira Service Management projects, SLAs, automation, and dashboards.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver permanent fixes.
• Maintain clear documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

• Experience as a Systems or Application Developer.
• Utilise experience and knowledge to make recommendations and improvements
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and ITSM.
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Understanding of ITIL and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
