Overview

Leading tech business is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support strategic hiring across multiple business areas. This role requires a highly capable 360 recruiter with strong expertise in advanced sourcing, market intelligence, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.The successful candidate will combine hands-on delivery with a consultative approach, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive high-quality hiring outcomes across technology, strategy, commercial, and corporate functions.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance
  • Deliver a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Lead structured interview and assessment processes
  • Handle offer management and negotiations

Advanced Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Execute sophisticated sourcing strategies (Boolean, X-ray, AI tools, social platforms)
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis

Market Intelligence

  • Provide insights on talent availability, skills trends, and competitor landscape
  • Deliver salary benchmarking and market data to inform hiring decisions
  • Use data and research to support strategic hiring approaches

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
  • Provide market insights and recruitment guidance
  • Collaborate across the TA team to share best practices

Early Careers Support

  • Contribute to graduate, internship, and apprenticeship hiring
  • Support campus engagement and early careers sourcing strategies

Key Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter managing end-to-end processes
  • Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, AI tools, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across different functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and decision making
  • Available to start a new role immediately and commit to a 5 month duration
