Teams Migration Support - Floorwalker | On-site | Bishopsgate, London | £18.87 Inside As part of a large-scale Zoom-to-Teams migration, a financial services client is looking for on-site support at their Bishopsgate office. This is a deskside and floorwalking role focused on helping colleagues navigate Teams confidently post-training.Ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and guiding users through new tools.Role Overview:

• Support users with Teams meetings, chat, and collaboration
• Troubleshoot login, MFA, and integration issues
• Provide coaching on Teams features and mobile app usage
• Direct users to digital training content
• Log recurring issues and feedback to the project team

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a visible, user-facing role
