About the roleAs a IT Migration Support Technician with expertise in managing hardwareworkflows, you will collaborate with our client's . Youwill be responsible for maintaining service levels,managing hardware workflows, and ensuring compliance with contractualobligations.Tell me more, tell me more...Our client iscurrently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are thejob details for your reference:You can also askour friendly recruitment team for any questions you may have about the role,between 09.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday.Location: Bazaar Road - Tidworth StartDate: 2 MonthsHours: 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day)ShiftPattern: 9:00AM to 5:30PMRoles and Responsibilities:

• Ticket Management: Oversee and update support tickets assigned to the Hub, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with contracted service levels
• Asset & Stock Control: Manage incoming and outgoing hardware through accurate scanning and asset tracking procedures
• Disposal Coordination: Handle hardware disposals efficiently and in accordance with contract terms
• Hardware Repairs: Triage and repair in-warranty equipment, working with vendors for parts, returns, and warranty compliance
• Locker Maintenance: Replenish hardware lockers as needed to support field engineers and local operation
• Service Monitoring: Identify potential service risks or opportunities for improvement and escalate to the Team Leader

Other stuff we'repotentially looking for:

• Active SC Clearance is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Comfortable working in a structured, high-security environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £ 19.38 (PAYE) OR £25.15 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
