Technical Programme Manager

Your new company A forward thinking, industry leading business based in Milton Keynes who are on a significant transformation journey.Your new role We're looking for an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead the final implementation phase of a major infrastructure modernisation programme. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing critical technical workstreams and driving delivery across both internal teams and external suppliers.

• Own and drive the final delivery phase of a large-scale infrastructure transformation programme
• Oversee key projects including:
• Windows 11 upgrade
• Printer services overhaul
• Data centre decommissioning
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party suppliers to ensure milestones are met
• Work closely with the Head of Change to align programme delivery with business objectives
• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across workstreams

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale technical infrastructure programmes
• Strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working 2-3 days onsite in Milton Keynes
