Technical Support Specialist

I'm currently supporting a global technology business in their search for a Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of technical troubleshooting, customer interaction and product support, working with customers to diagnose issues, provide solutions and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Managing customer cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
- Investigating product, hardware and software-related issues
- Handling complex queries and escalations
- Supporting repair, warranty and replacement processes
- Working closely with internal technical, product and operational teams
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM and ticketing systems
- Contributing to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives
We're keen to speak with people who have experience in:
- Technical Support
- Product Support
- Customer Support Engineering
- Consumer Electronics Support
- Telecommunications Support
- Gaming Hardware Support
- SaaS or Hardware Troubleshooting Environments
Any experience with the following would be particularly beneficial: Troubleshooting & Diagnostics, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Hardware or software support, Escalation management,Consumer technology products, Audio, gaming, electronics or technology sectors
You'll be:
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Naturally curious and analytical
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about technology and delivering outstanding service
2 days a week on-site
