Job Overview: As an Apprentice on the Ring-Fenced Team, you will support a dynamic group of engineers providing coverage across London for sickness, holidays, and project-based work. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple customer accounts-including government and banking-requiring SC clearance, while developing technical skills in desktop, laptop, and mobile device support within Windows, Mac, and Android environments.

• Location: London (Onsite)
• Daily Rate: 13.33/hr on PAYE or 17.30/hr on UMB
• Contract Length: Start Date: 20-Oct-25 End Date: 31-Mar-26

Key Responsibilities:

• Our Ring-Fenced Team comprises of 15 engineers covering the London area for sickness, holiday cover.
• Resource on demand requests and project requests.
• The RFT covers a number of different customer accounts including government and banking customers so you will be required to gain clearances for a number of different customers including Government SC.

Key Requirements: An apprentice on the Ring-Fenced Team should have the ability to quickly learn and support the following:

• Basic Desktop & Laptop hardware and software in a W10/Win11 environment. HP, Dell and Lenovo Mac OS, desktop and Mac Book.
• MS office products - Office 365 and Teams.
• Apple, Android and other mobile devices.
• Navigate around the OS, to find and recreate desktop shortcuts.
• Moves and changes and set up workstations.
• Excellent customer skills.
• SC clearance required.
