About the role As a technician 3 with expertise in the IT domain, you will collaborate with our client's technical team. You will be responsible for Technical/IT support.Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference:You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 09:30 AM till 18:00 PM (Monday to Friday).Location: Pewsey Contract: 22nd September 2025 to 20th March 2026 Pay Rate: A per hour rate, in-scope IR35, of£19.38/hr PAYE) OR £25.15/hr (via a Hays approved umbrella company).Hours:37.5 hours a week. Monday - Friday.Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Roles and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience of supporting Apple and Android Phones (across multiple Hardware configs) within a corporate environment is required.Responsibilities:
• To respond to service tickets in your regional queue and/or as requested by your TL updating ticket progress after each visit.
• Contact users to understand issues, diagnose, and resolve faults with the phones. Typically, this would be, enrol/de-enrolling devices in Intune, new setup, password support and assistance with application issues.
• To ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately.
• To build a good and professional relationship with customers and 3rd party contacts
• To follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader
• Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings, flagging issues and identifying areas and processes for improvement.
• Must be SC Cleared
