Join a leading independent technology and services provider as an IT Support Engineer (L3).
Job Overview:
- Role: IT Support Engineer (L3).
- Location: Derby
- Contract: 01-Sep-2026 - 31-Dec-2026
- Pay Rates:
- Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
- PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Time : 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and following-up administrative tasks. Incident and request management
- On-site Support Engineer UK to deliver high-quality 2nd-level desktop support within a corporate and production IT environment.
- In this customer-facing role, you will support end-user devices and workplace technology, manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, coordinate hardware replacements and repairs, and maintain accurate asset and stock records.
- You will work closely with users, service teams, suppliers and customer stakeholders to provide structured, reliable and professional on-site IT support across UK customer locations.
