About the role As a Technician 3 - Laptop Build Engineer with expertise in IT Support / Public Sector, you will collaborate with our client's FLS TRG Department. You will be responsible for performing laptop builds on-site following the customer's build process.Tell me more, tell me more... • Shifts:Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
• Location: Oxford Road - Kidlington OX5 2NX
• Start Date: 20-Oct-25
• End Date: 28-Nov-25
• Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week)
• Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 17:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• SC Clearance
• Perform laptop builds on-site, adhering to the customer's build procedures.
• Ensure all devices are configured accurately and securely.
• Collaborate with site contacts and client teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain documentation and logs as per client standards.

Other stuff we're potentially looking for:

• Proven experience in laptop builds and desktop support.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and build processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £19.38(PAYE) OR £25.15 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
