Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Technician 3 - Onsite Deployment Engineer!

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Onsite Deployment Engineers to support a device refresh project. This is a hands-on role involving laptop setup, configuration, and user support in a fast-paced corporate environment.Location: London, E20 1JN Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £19.85 (PAYE) OR £25.75 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company)Contract Length: up to 31st July Work Schedule: Mon - Fri (09:00 - 17:30)Key Responsibilities

• Transport, move, and distribute IT equipment (PCs, monitors, peripherals, network devices) across three floors.
• Unpack, assemble, and place equipment at assigned desks or designated areas.
• Perform basic hardware installation, including connecting cables, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Assist the technical team with device imaging, configuration, and testing.
• Label and inventory all equipment in accordance with project standards.
• Remove and securely dispose of all packaging materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and manual-handling best practices at all times.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth and timely deployment.
