Your new role As the Analytics & Insights Specialist, you will be the analytical engine of the digital trading team, driving performance across the website and app through customer-led, data-driven insights. You'll be responsible for analysing the full web funnel and customer journeys across UK and international markets, identifying optimisation opportunities and influencing trading decisions. What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in web analytics and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) within e-commerce
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Qliksense, and Contentsquare
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and website tagging
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across digital, tech, and marketing teams
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into impactful actions
