Your New Role

We are seeking a UK&I ECRM Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of email marketing Campaigns across both our core audiences : clients and candidates. This role is critical to driving engagement, nurturing leads, and contributing to net fee growth through data-driven, personalised journeys.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), a deep understanding of segmentation and automation, and the commercial mindset to translate performance into business impact.

The role is divided into the following Key Areas:

Strategy & campaign planning

  • Develop and execute an eCRM strategy focused on the distinct needs and behaviours of UK&I clients and candidates.
  • Define data-led segmentation, personalisation, and nurture workflows that support each audience's lifecycle.
  • Work closely with regional marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Support initiatives like Refer a Friend, candidate conversion, and client acquisition through CRM.

Campaign execution & optimisation

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of email campaigns in SFMC-planning, building, testing, deploying, and optimising.
  • Build and manage automated journeys using Journey Builder to support acquisition, engagement, reactivation, and retention.
  • Leverage A/B testing and dynamic content to improve relevance, engagement, and results.
  • Ensure campaign delivery is accurate, timely, and aligned with UK&I brand and compliance standards.

Performance & reporting

  • Analyse performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, etc.) and surface insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders, linking CRM activity to commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and all relevant data protection regulations.

Tech & best practice

  • Act as the SFMC lead for UK&I, ensuring the platform is fully leveraged for audience segmentation, automation, and performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement through data-driven testing and innovation in journey design.
  • Keep up to date with CRM best practices and contribute to cross-regional knowledge sharing where relevant.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (especially Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio).
  • Proven ability to build and optimise dual-audience journeys at scale.
  • Expertise in segmentation, personalisation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to handle large datasets to drive meaningful customer journeys.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to translate CRM activity into business value.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with GDPR.
