Your new role
We're seeking an experienced IT Field Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting remote sites across the UK. You'll be the technical face of the ICT department at the point of care, delivering high-quality support and project work.

What you'll need to succeed
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support, maintenance, and installations across UK locations.
• Monitor and maintain performance, availability, and security of remote sites.
• Support and escalate incidents via the Service Desk.
• Maintain Active Directory structures and user accounts.
• Document changes, assets, and network diagrams.
• Follow ITIL and Change Management processes.
• Perform out-of-hours work and stay away from home when required.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong troubleshooting and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and travel nationwide.
• Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Clean UK driving licence required.
