We're supporting a major banking client with a customer-facing tech bar initiative during their Microsoft Teams transition. They need a Tech Bar Engineer to be based Full time in their Bishopsgate office, acting as the first point of contact for team-related queries.

• In-person MS Teams support - setup, troubleshooting, user guidance
• Experience: Strong MS Teams knowledge essential; desktop support background ideal
• Skills: Confident communicator, proactive, customer-focused
• This is an on-site only role at Bishopsgate.
