Job Overview:
This role involves supporting on-site device migration and refresh activities, including setting up migration and refresh clinics, transporting devices between storage and clinic locations, collecting old devices from users and issuing new ones as per the migration schedule, updating workflow management systems accurately, and reporting issues promptly to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.

Rate: PAYE - £19.38/hr (Basic) or UMB - £25.15/hr (Under IR35)

Start/End Date: 05-Jan-2026 to 06 Feb 2026

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30

Candidate must hold SC (Security Clearance).

Job Description:

• Migration Set-up
• Set-up Refresh Clinic
• Move the required quantity of devices as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic location.
• Login to any system as required via device(s) provided by the contractor's engineer and Site Manager and under their instructions.
• Collect existing devices from users and handover new devices in accordance with the migration schedule and project processes
• Handover and collect the correct number of devices each in accordance with the migration schedule
• Correctly update the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps
• Report issues arising from migration activity promptly and accurately to the contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
• Where issues cannot be resolved immediately, they pass them over to an onsite Post Migration Support Engineer.
• Conduct manual stock checks daily and report findings to the contractor engineer and site Manager
• Place existing devices collected from users at the Refresh Clinic within the packaging that was used to contain a new device and in accordance with the device Designation Rules, mark the outside of the box to indicate whether it is for "disposal" or for refurbishment.
• At the end of each day, they move all the devices and equipment into the onsite storage location.
• Must be Scared Cleared
