Job Overview:
This role focusses on supporting device migration activities, including setting up migration and refresh clinics, moving devices between storage and clinic locations, refreshing laptops, and logging into systems under engineer supervision. Responsibilities also include accurately updating workflow management systems, seeking guidance from technical support specialists when needed, assisting with daily stock checks, reporting findings, and ensuring all devices are secured in onsite storage at the end of each day.

Rate: PAYE - £19.38/hr (Basic) or UMB - £25.15/hr (Under IR35)

Start/End Date: 02-Jan-2026 to 17- Feb-2026

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30

Candidate must hold SC (Security Clearance).

Job Description:

• Migration Set-up
• Set-up Refresh Clinic
• Move the required quantity of devices as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic location.
• Login to any system as required via device(s) provided by the contractor's engineer and Site Manager and under their instructions.
• Correctly update the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps
• Seek guidance as required from the Post-Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager.
• Assist in conducting manual stock checks daily and report findings to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
• Assist in securing the devices in the onsite storage location at the end of each day.
• Must be Sc Cleared
