Business Analyst

A leading insurance organisation is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their London-based office. The client is currently replacing their outward Reinsurance platform and requires support with the delivery and integration of the new system with their enterprise data lake.
Job Details:
Start date - ASAP
Duration - 18 months
Rate - £600-£650pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Location - London
Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Key requirements:

• 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst within the Insurance space.
• Strong understanding of the London Market and Lloyd's Insurance operating models.
• Experience with core insurance platform installations, including migration or greenfield projects.
• Knowledge of Guidewire is a plus.
• Proven ability to document detailed requirements including user stories, UML diagrams, gap analysis, and non-functional specifications.
• Experience supporting Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
