IT Analyst - SC Clearance, Multi-site, Hardware Repair, ITSMUp to £140 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)Multiple locations across UK (5 days per week onsite - travel to multiple sites required)Contract until 31/03/26
My client is a high profile IT Consultancy who require an SC Cleared IT Analyst / IT Engineer to help with Triage and Hardware Repairs, delivering and collecting devices across multiple sites with a prestigious end client.
There will be roughly 2 weeks over the Christmas period where a break will be expected.
Key Requirements:

• Active Security Clearance (SC Cleared)
• Valid UK Driving Licence, with ability to travel to multiple sites in the role to deliver / collect devices
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst / IT Engineer (or equivalent) in providing Triage and Hardware Repairs
• Knowledge of ITSM systems to help with Queue Ticket Management
• Ability to provide manual stock checks (asset management) and provide subsequent reports
• Manage disposal of appropriate equipment when required
• Ability to liaise with vendors relating to parts / returns
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to be onsite 5 days per week (across various locations)
