IT support

We are currently working with a professional service provider to recruit for an IT support professional on a 3-month contract cover with the potential to go permanent. The client supports end users by break fixing Windows and Apple based devices.
To be considered for this role, you will be required to posses the following skills/experience:

• 3 years' experience in IT support
• Strong customer service skills
• A proven ability to troubleshoot Apple IOS and Windows devices
• A can-do attitude
• A keen eye for detail

This role will be 5 days working from the office in Belfast. Only candidates with the ability to fulfil this will be considered. Although the role is initially for a 3-month period, there is a high possibility of permanency.
