Non-Functional Business Analyst - NPPV3/SC
What you'll need to succeed
A Non-Functional Business Analyst is required to work with the business to identify and document non-functional requirements that can be delivered and tested.
Having a technical skillset as well as business analysis experience would be required in order to document high and low-level NFRs.

Essential Experience

  • Elicitation and requirements gathering from a range of stakeholders and levels of seniority, from end user through to director
  • Creation of technical and non-technical NFRs
  • Working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Writing and development of user stories
  • Knowledge of industry standard test practices and what is required for successful testing
  • Working in a large, complex, multi-supplier environment

Desirable Experience

  • Any previous knowledge or experience of Dynamics 365, Palantir Foundry, SaaS Platforms and Content/Website delivery
  • Experience in policing is preferred, but government experience would also be beneficial. Understanding of supplier contractual obligations e.g. KPIs and SLAs

You are required to hold active NPPV3 and SC.

Due to the urgency of the requirement, there will be a requirement to come on site 2-3 days per week to ensure you are able to rapidly understand the programme complexities and meet with a wide variety of stakeholders.
