Your new role
- As the Senior Project Manager, you will
Own it end-to-end:Take full control of projects, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and deliver results. - Collaborate across the business:
- Manage multiple workstreams while partnering with teams in IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product.
- Keep everyone aligned:Run check-ins, manage dependencies, and remove blockers, so projects flow smoothly.
- Lead the change:Champion cultural alignment and system adoption using frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci so everything (and everyone) moves forward together.
- Stay on top of risks and compliance:
- Spot issues early, keep projects compliant with GDPR and other regulations, and ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
- Make data your friend:Use (url removed), Excel, Power BI and other tools to track progress, report clearly and tell the project's story.
- Methodology expertise & drive for excellence:Plan, structure, and deliver complex projects using recognised methodologies (PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Communicate and influence:Present confidently to senior stakeholders and keep everyone informed and engaged.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in IT or telecoms, ideally with business integrations, system upgrades or major organisational change.
- Proven track record of delivering integration projects involving people, processes, systems, data and customers.
- Knowledge of systems consolidation and data migration including CRM, ERP/Finance, billing, or HR platforms.
- Strong governance and reporting skills - you're comfortable running RAID logs, benefits trackers, budgets, and SteerCo packs.
- A PM qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or PMP advantageous).
- Confidence using tools like MS Project, (url removed), Asana, or similar.
- Ability to pass BPSS and other clearance checks.
