SharePoint Administrator and Developer
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer & Administrator to join a large enterprise IT function on an initial 12-month contract.This role combines hands-on SharePoint administration with solution development, supporting both day-to-day operations and a range of business improvement projects. Working as the SharePoint Subject-Matter Expert, you will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve processes, enhance collaboration and support organisational objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administering and supporting SharePoint platforms
- Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues
- Managing change requests and system improvements
- Developing and enhancing SharePoint-based solutions
- Supporting integration of business applications and tools
- Driving process improvement initiatives
- Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Providing expert guidance on SharePoint capabilities and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience delivering SharePoint solutions within a business environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to work across both support and project-based activities

- Power BI
- Microsoft 365 technologies
- ITSM platforms and service management processes
- Business process improvement initiatives
