Technology Programme Manager - Payment Controls

We're seeking a Programme Manager to lead a regulatory risk and control initiative aimed at enhancing Payments Controls across Markets Operations. You'll drive cross-functional working groups, produce high-quality communications, and engage with senior stakeholders and regulators. The role involves analysing risks, documenting business requirements, and ensuring robust change risk management.

Hybrid working - 3 day a week in London Based

Duration - initial 6 months

Rate - up to £800pd inside ir35 via umbrella

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology programmes and multiple teams (5-6).
• Lead workshops and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee technology implementation and UAT.
• Draft business requirements and support functional design.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, and risk commitments are met.
• Use Jira and Confluence for governance and tracking.

Essential Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with controls and risk frameworks.
• Experience in payments (ideal) or technology implementation.
• Knowledge of operations risk and technology hybrid environments.
